Nuestra Historia

Piedmont Park is Atlanta’s premier urban park, located just northeast of downtown in the heart of Midtown (the city’s historic gay neighborhood or ‘Gayborhood’). Spanning over 200 acres, it offers picturesque views of the city skyline, active recreation fields, and peaceful lawns.

The park is deeply tied to Atlanta’s LGBTQ+ community, hosting the main stages and festivals for Atlanta Pride and various queer sports leagues. It features dedicated dog parks, public swimming pools, and scenic walking trails around Lake Clara Meer. It is easily accessible via the Midtown or Arts Center MARTA stations.
